What services do you offer?

We offer personal training, online coaching, and a variety of fitness-related products through our e-commerce store. Our services include customized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and one-on-one virtual coaching sessions.


Where are you located?

Our personal training sessions are offered both in-person at our gym located at Redmond, WA, and online through virtual sessions. 

Personal Training & Coaching

What is the difference between personal training and online coaching?

Personal training involves in-person sessions with a trainer, while online coaching includes virtual sessions, customized workout plans, and regular check-ins via video calls, email, or our app.

What qualifications do your trainers have?

We are certified by nationally recognized organizations and have extensive experience in fitness coaching. We are also required to undergo continuous education to stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques.

Can I cancel or reschedule a session?

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time,but will still be charged at initial checkout.. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a fee. Please check our Cancellation Policy for more details.

What products do you sell?

We offer a range of fitness-related products including fitness apparel,  nutritional products, and branded merchandise. Browse our Shop to see the full range of products.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, visit our Shop, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will need to create an account or log in to complete the purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen. Typically, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and standard shipping takes 7-14 business days. 

What is your return policy?

We do not offer a 30-day return policy for most products. We do not offer returns on lingerie, and swimsuit apparel. Items must be returned in their original condition with the receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.
